DISGUSTING service

My wife has a medical aid with fed health. She gave given her.Nothing but disgraceful service. Although she joined in April of this year her waiting.period app**** as per contract. Once she started using her medical aid all the drama started. They did a histology on her and it was as she stated on her app only difference she was diagnosed with diabetes within her waiting period. However she suddenly had unusual bleeding and she had to See a gynecologist. A lady by the name of kathija and Ingrid were refusing to give the.Dr the authorisation number. The lady kathiga informed the Dr she has the right to deny authorisation as she is the boss no one can do her nothing. Ingrid calls my wife and spoke to her in such a.harsh tone as if my wife was *****ing the funds from them to pay for her health in question. However after much fighting with this sick woman named kathiga my.wife's dr asked to speak to the medical aid Dr which this ass of a woman again refused. My wife needed an urgent biopsy. The Dr had to tell this ass that he will.hold her responsible should anything happen to my wife. He however received an authorisation number late that after noon very rudely and abruptly. My wife was diagnosed with cervical cancer. I lodged a complain and with arrogance they think they God. They have not responded or apologised to my wife for their DISGUSTING attitude. Fed health have staff they picked up from the street corner uneducated and filth weeks out their mouths. In the process of suing this people for the trauma they put my wife through I am sure they will be happy to pay millions.
