DISGUSTING / NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am a member of the scheme and I have been trying to speak to a consultant regarding my plan. I've tried their whatsapp contact number and I've had the misfortune to speak to the most unhelpful human. I've tried to get a consultant to call me back that does not happen either. I have never come across such *********** people who are supposed to assist you but don't know the first thing about customer service!!I will never recommend anyone to join this scheme God forbid you should have an emergency! So disappointed and angry with the horrible service. I think it's easier getting a hold of the president than getting to speak to a consultant over the phone! FEDHEALTH CATCH A WAKEUP!!!
