Why was the Fedhealth Medical Scheme suddenly changed to a Vault and Wallet System, with a Family Room to hang your hat. All this without proper consultation with their currant members. Every time I get the message, "not enough funds available" I want to scream. It is obvious from your advertising campaign that you only want yuppie type members. The old pensioners, who's money was fine for more than 20 years are now suddenly cast aside. SHAME ON YOU. I did not ask for this change, nor was I asked for my opinion. Either you change your attitude or you lose a lot of customers. Asking for advise from the so called chat room are a disaster. I am sure that this all standard answers to your questions. Are you sure there are a person behind all those those fancy names.
