disgusted in the service.
<p>I called in on the 25th of August 2016.to change my doctor because of the area i moved to,I asked the lady who helped me to not change my daughters doctor,Now my daughter got sick i rushed her to doctor and her nominated gp could not assist because her doctor has changed,Im disgusted in the service this is not the first time im struggling we pay medical its not for free im waitsting R250.00 airtime holding on with the mediacal while at the doc i got no responce whitch is unfair towards the member.I want my all my airtime money back or i will take this to MEDIA im sick of this!!!!</p>

Still waiting on a responce from Fedhealh!!!! The badest medical aid EVER...Im so sick of this and im not leaving this My daughter is sick and cannot be helped by a gp due to medical aid that messed up,,Once again im waisting not only my time but also airtime & money.
