DISGUSTED IN SERVICE! NO PAYMENT FOR EMERGENCY STITCHES!

I must admit, Fedhealth is by far the worst medical aid Firstly they are not cheap and there is definitely no service! They rejected a claim for stitches on a 6 year old......it was an emergency!!!!!! Really Fedheath!!!!!! Your service is shocking, you dont care about your members at all!

Claims will be paid from Risk if: • A member visits the trauma unit of a clinic or hospital for emergency treatment such as suturing (stitches) • A member visits the clinic or hospital with a life threatening condition and is admitted immediately for further treatment. What a load of lies to get lure people to join your scheme. I am very unhappy and this is not the first time!

Kindly be advised that the claim for Bedford Gardens Private Hospital (***) treatment date 17/05/2020 has been rejected as routine limit is exhausted.

As if stitches is routine! Its an unforeseen emergency that a person cannot sit in casualty with a child whos foot is bleeding bad and still call FEDHEALTH!
