Disgusted by these ********!!

I am so disgusted by this medical aid scheme, when I first took up the medical aid I was never told about co payment that will need to be paid for certain procedures. Now all of a sudden when I need hospital authorization I am told about co payment that I was never made aware of when I took up this . I am beyond disgusted and disappointed how the hell am I supposed to pay R5600 when I pay my medical aid every month without fail. The consultant that made me take up this scheme never mentioned anything. People of God please never ever join Fedhealth they do not care they are just a **** . They are never there when you need them. Its better to save your money that to waste it and think you have a medical aid when it's as good as if you do not have . Stay very far away from them should I have known I would have never ever been with them in the first place. ********. Stop acting like you can when you actually do not. Each time I go to a doctor I am told that my savings are exhausted. How can you take eye glasses only in a year but continue to pay your subscriptions faithfully every month and all u get told is no funds and co payment!!!!! If any of you are with this scheme run for your dear life the are so many medical aids in South Africa and this is one of the worst one can ever waste her money on!!!
