Disgusted, and warning to everyone

It's a very interesting medical aid scheme, yesterday I requested hospital authorization and I was told that I have to pay for a copayment of R5900, as if that was not enough shock today I received an email confirming authorization and to my surprise I have to again pay another co payment of R6100 on top of the R5900 just to use brenthurst hospital because apparently it isn't covered by my medical aid. Dear God should I have known I wouldn't have wasted a year of my money with these ****s. Beware should you want any medical aid stay away from Fedhealth try better medical aids in South Africa if you need a peace of mind. In times of need that is when they disappear and come with ridiculous copayment. To save yourselfs from a heartache please do not even dare joking these people. Just a friendly warning to you good people. They will tell you about bronchures and page numbers ect that they never tell u when u joining them telephonically. I have never regretted anything in my life like I regret taking up this medical aid. Trust a word of mouth I will tell everyone who cares to know ok how pathetic you are!!!!
