As part of my application for medical aid cover, Fedhealth requires me to declare some information under oath. I made it clear to the assistant from Fedhealth that it is against my religion to take oaths. I was informed that if I do not declare the information under oath I will not be considered for medical aid cover. I feel this is not fair and it also discriminates against my faith.
