Disappointment with fedhealth
I am very disappointment in Fed health. I am on a plan that cost a lot, and cannot afford it anymore. so I said I need to go to other medical aid, and they said, they will look if they can help me with cheaper plan. They did give me a quote on one, cheaper plan, but now they said they will not. do it, I have to stay on the expensive plan.
Why do they want to loose a client that give a cheaper plan. to me.
I will never again tell people to use fedhealth, they are only in it for the money,

23 Apr 2021, 10:20I did have to terminate my membership as the cost is to high, but your Managers do not care for the people to give cheaper plan. If you do not get increase form work for a few years, you cannot pay the amount for old plan, that is why I ask for cheaper plan.
