Disappointing to get such an account after empty promises

So disappointed in this medical aid....... I chose this medical aid it has this awesome option if you medical aid is exhausted / have been depleted you can still go to a GP on their network and they pay for it. Well I went a few times to a doctor which is recommended by them and they have not paid this doctor and I received an account of over R 2000
