Disappointing Fedhealth

We are extremely disappointed in FEDHEALTH! We have been members for 18 years and pay over R7 000 per month for 3 people. For the first time we had major claims when our 23 year old son was diagnosed with Testicular Cancer in March 2018. They have refused to pay for a prosthesis, the ***** bank and a wig, as well as for many medications. I have made numerous phone calls and am constantly put through from my department to another, told to send in motivations from Doctors and specialists, I do but nothing changes.
