Disappointing and poor customer service

The way i used to love fedhealth, i was recommending it to everyone i know...

Right now, im so frustrated it's not even funny.

So i log a query at the beginning of April and to date im being told that its gna be escalated im the one always doing follow ups but im not getting any joy with response.

Im really disappointed at the level of service that im receiving fedhealth.
