Disappointed to receive incorrect info

Fedhealth, I am really disappointed in the type of knowledge your callcentre staff have. I chatted to Claire on the 6th of November requesting a Network List of hospitals for 2020 for the Flexifed Elect. She sent me the list, and on that list is Mediclinic Durbanville and Cape Gate for the Western Cape. I spoke to a broker for Fedhealth regarding the co-payment that there is on this plan which I also receive ambiguous info from Fedhealth and she said there is only 3 hospitals on the list for this plan. Which is Mitchells Plein, Bellville Medical Centre and Ceres Mediclinic, and she sent me proper list, not the excel one that I received from the call centre. Really Fedhealth, train your call centre people to have the correct knowledge. Please call me back on this so that I can have clearance on this, because not even your brochure on the Flexifed Elect has the correct network list. This is not how you must do business.
