Disappointed service with Fedhealth
I have been diagnosed and need a membership upgrade. Fedhealth asked for documents and I gave them. They are not helpful at all. Especially the online agent BRAD. He actually closed our chat without any assistance and said he will not do anything. Is this the service you provide. Terrible and unhappy
