Disappointed beyond belief

I am due for Gastrointestinal & Colon Scope on Monday; I have requested an authorization via their website, which firstly didnt work, I then spoke to the online chat, who couldnt help. I then contacted the Call Centre and after being put on hold for a long time they finally gave me authorization however due to the fact that Im going into hospital (Which is a Fedhealth Partner) and not doing it in the Dr's room (Which my specialist doesnt do) I have to pay a copayment of R6500! So paying R4500 per month, I have never had to deal with something like this. I do not accept this. I have not been in hospital throughout my time with Fedhealth, and have paid over R60000 in premiums.

The issue with not having it somewhere else is that I suffer from a panic disorder so semi sedation in a Dr's room is extremely dangerous and can lead to complication. I now have to pull out of this procedure which could be life threatening and they are not even willing to accomodate me. DO YOURSELF A FAV, FIND A DIFFERENT PROVIDER, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.
