Disappointed

I am disappointed in Fedhealth due to unclear rules and regulations. I recently changed medical aid plan for the purpous of more saving and specifically the unlimited GP visits for any fedhealth listed practise when savings runs out. I moved to this plan as they advised that when savings runs out you can visit any network doctor. This past weekend my wife was sick and I took her to a Fedhealth network doctor to my suprise they didnt pay and I had to take the money out of my pocket at private rate. When I called the scheme I was advised that the GP HAD to be nominated, which was contradicting the reason I changed.. I am not satisfied with the service and I am very wary of what next year holds in with the new plan range. Being a new young family I dont want to have to stress about these things.
