Difficulties in registering for Chronic medicine

During December we app**** for a medical aid, hoping that Fedhealth will have our best interests in heart. In the application I was truthful that I'm on Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure and Gout chronic medicine for the past 5,6 years.<br> We app**** for my chronic medicine, but now Fedhealth ONLY approved my high blood pressure medicine, not the cholesterol.<br> They now want a 6+ year old pathology result to prove it, or I must go to a doctor for a motivation letter. I don't have the results of 6 + years back.<br> Fedhealth, I was on chronic with Bonitas and Discovery Heath in the past. Why must I now use my one and only doctor consultation for the year for a motivation letter. I already went to the doctor during December and received a new 6 month prescription letter. You have the prescription letter in your possession where the doctor gave me a new 6 month prescription. Please let me know that this was only a error on your side. We trusted Fedhealth and left Bonitas. This is not a good start.<br> I can give you a pathology result I went to a couple of moths back, but obviously the results will show, everything is normal.<br> Thanking you in advance, and hope to hear from you soon.
