Dependent review saga

<p>i have been on Fedhealth for over 5 years. My mum was my dependent on my medical aid previously and so when i joined fedhealth they had to include her in my membership. Every year i complete the dependent review form with no issues. This year suddenly they require an affadavit stating she is dependent on me. Isnt the form declaration enough? Or the fact that i pay for her membership?! I have emailed them 6 times over the past month and not recieved a single response! I refuse to be subjected to further admin for unnecesary nonsensical reasons! Confirm my dependents or terminate my membership! I will take my 100k per annum business elsewhere!</p>
