Denying authorization after 4years on different MA

I am outraged with Fedhealth to say the least! They treat everyone as *******. I been on my own personal medical aid for the past 4 years. My work offered me to join on their medical aid which is with Fedhealth. I thought that they would be offer me even better peace of mind, in fact all I got was a bitter taste in the mouth from them. On my previous medical aid (4years) I had NO operation done as I am a healthy person and look after myself, the only thing I do suffer form now and then is a bit of asthma and a funny nose. They even placed me on a 3 month general waiting period! I have using a nasal spray for some time now (non chronic) and have had no smell for many years. Our first new born is due next month and I though I will get my nose checked out, the specialist saw some polyps and deviated septum that needs to be removed/repair and want a CT sinus scan to get a clearer picture. Since January all I get is DENY after DENY. Smell never affected me until I made the decision to get something done about it to be able to smell my own baby that is on his way. I am truly sad and disappointed in Fedhealth yet we pay R22258 per month to Fedhealth.
