Delayed authorisation
My oncologist sent through a request for oncology treatment on 3 March. Being stressed at having a 4cm tumour in my liver, I have called Fedhealth several times and been told that their turnaround time is 5 days. Well it is now 5 working days PLUS 6.5 hours and I still don't have a response. I would appreciate some feedbcak.
