debited for nothing

I was a celestis broker working at old mutual. The contract was for 3 months and I was told by management and everybody that the fedhealth medical aid scheme would terminate itself on the end of the third month. At the end of the third month I left and I still get debited for an entire month that I wasn't working there. why was I debited for the 4th month. There is no excuse for this.
