Debit order details not changed

I sent an email to fedhealth a per their instructions to change my debit order details on the 28th of May 2019. To my surprise the debit order still went off the old account that I don't use anymore, causing an unpaid on my account and also an unpaid charge of R100. This is not the first issue I have had with fedhealth and I'm now really getting sick of it!
