Daughter has a chronic condition / need her registered as a PMB and also app**** for Ex-Gracia payments no feedback now it had to be paid out of my pocket cash for 2 AFO's since last year august which is R 12 000.00

My daughter was born with a condition Spina Bifida which according to the Council for medical aids website is a PMB. I have been struggling to get her condition registered for months. She have received 2 AFO's which I now had to pay cash which form part of the condition she has.... I have app**** for an Ex-Gracia payment for the one AFO and still no feedback now this was paid cash. I hope that we can please get my daughters condition registered and also get her the medical treatments she deserves. I believe either my medical aid have been in communication with the CMS council or will be communicating with them very soon.
