The worst medical scheme one can chose, its been 2 years with the scheme, 1st year was fine then things changed when they introduced medivault/wallet that was not really explained to my suprise this is a loan, who borrows money from a medical scheme. i apparently owe more that R9000 which i have no idea what is for because each month i pay the scheme without fail until they started debiting my account with an extra R650 which i never agreed on, i call and no one picks up the phone i am so gatvool
