Credit not refunded by credit control

Still waiting after a week for credit control to reimburse me my credit . Have called 3 times regarding this matter still not resolved. Received an email from a Lunga. Got told they looking into the matter. However they were very quick to suspended my medical aid 2 weeks ago , when I emailed proof of all three left payments made. Custome Service is absolutely terrible
