Covered to co-payment

I have been with Fedhealth for 14 years and never had a bad word to say about them till now. Last year they introduced the "grid" option on all their schemes. Well what a load of hogwash!!! I opted to accept the 12% increase on my medical cover which meant as I thought I could make use of my own doctors that had been treating me for 10years. This is not the case, you are welcome to use whatever doctor you like they will just not pay the account above "their" rate. This left me rather upset! I could have accepted their 1% increase and go to grid doctors save the rest and pay my own accounts. Instead I have paid them an additional 12% all year and now have to settle my own doctors account as they paid only 25% of the account.

Ps to moms to be should you opt for natural birth they don't pay for you to have an epidural you need your doctor to write a letter of motivation and they will review it.
