Council for Medical Schemes Ruling CMS75925 – enforcement applicable to Membership Number: *** & Membership Number: ***
The above-mentioned needs the following to be completed as per the email, courier & Registered Mail letter sent to your Head Office attention as of the 29 March 2021.
To date there has been NO action nor attempts in making these noted corrections to:
(1) Principal Member & Dependent with re-calculating set fees from the point of inception (2) Removing and crediting the false 'Late Joiner Penalty' from the point of inception
These are to be complete within 30 days failing which I will gladly motivate this High Court as you're failing to adhere to clear Regulatory Orders!

04 May 2021, 04:05It's now the 4 May 2021, Ryan Govender (***), informed of the full CMS ruling 75925 indicating the corrections as per the Medical Schemes Act as of 22 April 2021, and there has been NO feedback nor correction of the matter.
It's apparently a modus operandi of FedHealth to delay, filibuster and tire the client out and apparently being elderly your company must be assuming I'm demented or stupid as well.
But not stupid nor demented enough for you to debit with sheer abandon even though the corrective measures put forth by the CMS are binding from the time of issuance of set ruling. So I will allow your company to pull its 'professional' head out of its posterior to get the matter sorted by the end of the May 2021, failing which, I will instruct to have the matter sorted in High Court.
Trusting this matter will receive the due professional attention it deserves
