Convenient way out

Fedhealth and Topmed merged last year, which means that fedhealth must have receive all information from topmed. I have now received an incomplete 2020 tax certificate (my Id nr does not reflect on the certificate). I need a complete tax certificate to submit to SARS. Fedhealth conveniently say that that is how they received the tax certificate from topmed. I have never previously have this issue with topmed.
