Confusing marketing, confusing new plans
Could you guys have the decency to call me and explain whats going on. What is the medical revolution? Why is my plan changing? What is my new plan? What are the benefits and what am I losing? Your marketing team is stupid, the emails sent out make no sense and are elusive. I got an email Dec 3rd at 8:20pm saying "Remember, remember the end of November. Please confirm you 2019 fedhealth option by 30 November 2018" Well I guess I've missed an opportunity I didn't know I had. This happens all the time.
Your video says we will continue to contribute our normal monthly fee for MSA but there are no upfront payments... so your medical contribution is less. huh.

04 Feb 2019, 16:09So I never rep**** as I was in meetings and work happened but I'd like to clear some things up. I up voted because someone called and explained. HOWEVER what you should know... FedHealths new plan and advertising says "No upfront costs". They offer the medivault which is a savings on demand kind of thing. You get access to R6000 over a year for emergencies ("No upfront costs"). Thats R500 per month which you will need to pay back over 12 months interest free (sounds good).
My contribution for 2018 was R2600 and 2019 it jumps to R2900 (ridiculous I know). By the time I'm 60 I'll be paying fedhealth a salary! If I enable the medivault my contribution goes up to R3400, a R500 increase <- definitely NOT "No upfront costs". The kicker is that if you access that R6000 you need to pay it back, so essentially you would be paying an extra R1000 per month for enabling the medivault and using it. I dont like such devious business practices and plan to find another provider.
