Conflicting information
I previously lodged a hellopeter complaint regarding the withholding of information as well as the ex gratia process.<br> <br> Monique indicated that she is busy with the gathering of information and she will provide feedback this week.<br> <br> Yesterday I received various messages from hellopeter indicating that my query has been dealt with and that the matter is now closed.<br> <br> What does this mean?
