Concerned about Fedhealth service

I have just joined Fedhealth and have been waiting for my card for weeks, should I be worried. My member certificate was emailed to the wrong person, this was only sorted after I made two calls to their call center and by then data protection had already been broken. Have I made the wrong choice by moving to Fedhealth, if this is how we're starting off?
