I finally became a member today, 11 March 2020 but FEDHEALTH wants to backcharge me to 01 March 2020 even though I had no cover.

There is a chronic illness loaded on my profile which I do not suffer from.

My monthly premium is over a R1000 more expensive than the cost of the plan I opted for.
