Complaint!!!

These big medical institutions that claim to be the best. My mother a pensioner has put in a claim for her savings refund and now she keeps being told they cant help without a reference number. She has been paying this medical aid for the past years and now we she wants what is due to her she is being given the run around! Disturbing!!!
