Complain about Bad service from Fedhealth MEDICAL SCHEME

As I'm typing right now I am stuck in Peitermaritzburg ,I had to be admitted at St Anne's Priivate hospital , from yesterday I contacted Fedhealth they advised my Dr should write them a letter stating he is the one who is going to do operation because the this hospital is not on thier Network hospital , soo they will remove the copayment of R14700 ...My matter is very urgent ,fibroids are in a severe state ...But even now I am still stuck here ,I make phone calls reaching different consultants with different answers..I pay 5k and some change every month for this medical aid ...I will die my condition doesn't allow me to stay any longer now without this operation...I starting fighting with this thing of Network hospital on January 27 2024 the admission was supposed to be done on 27 January 2024 ..They said I must change my medical aid plan on September ..I phoned on September 12 2024 ,they advised me not to change this plan but to get motivation letter from my Gynecologist of which he did that ..But with no luck I am still not admitted they said I must go to another hospital because they don't want to remove this copayment..And I told them to go back to my records when I took this plan I asked a lady who was assisting me to list me all Network hospitals around my area and she did mentioning St Anne's and other Hospitals in PIETERMARITZBURG but now I can't he assisted yet I will die anytime soon if I don't remove these fibriods...I am hurt how can I pay so much but not assisted ..Please I need any intervention ...My sickness is in severe stage .
