Competent and Capable staff to give me a proper recon?

I have a track of numerous emails where i have requested a breakdown of my account from fedhealth. I want a complete thorough breakdown of my Medical scheme of payments received and allocated for the last 12 months on my medivault and contibutions monthly and till date no one can do this????
