Co-payment *******!
3 days for authorization for my daughters wisdom teeth procedure and then a co-payment of R4.600!!!! I ask for an explanation. Reply is “it’s across all our schemes”. The doctors bill isn’t even that much and I still get the same explanation. Like a tape recorder on repeat. I am so sick and tired of fighting with these guys for everything. Even at the doctors rooms they have a poor reputation. I will definitely be looking at changing schemes and would definitely NEVER recommend Fedhealth to anybody.
