CMS Tribunal doesn't worry Fedhealth Medical Scheme

Very Poor. My son's PMB was declined in Error. I have a letter from Deon Lategan himself stating that claims made would be honored. Despite phone calls and a colossal waste of time I have made no headway and the call center keeps dismissing my claims and requested for help. Abysmal.
