CMS Ruling and still fedhealth does not assist

The CMS ruled that Nappies should be registered as a PMB. I have sent the script with the CMS ruling to the medical aid for a NAPPI code and assistance and then i receive this back from my medical aid Dear Mandie Van Tonder
