closed on weekends

I am Mis N I Mkhize and I am very disappointed about blue door service and Fedhealth as whole. They are closed on weekends and they also close at 19:00 meaning you have to be sick during their working hours or else you cannot get an authorisation. I am angry and feel that I am paying them for nothing even when I tried going to hospital they wanted authorisation before assisting me. I have paid so much money yet I am on medical aid.
