Claims rejected

I was hospitalised at the Garden City Hospital on the 9th of August to the 16th of August 2017. My admitting Dr was a psychiatrist and I was also seen be a physician. I was taken to the hospital by ambulance straight to the casualty where I was attended to by the casualty doctor and admitted to the hospital. I have had endless problems with regards to claims with Fedhealth. On the 14th of August 2017, the physician requested for a chest xray as I had fell before I got to the hospital. Now the medical has rejected the claim on the basis that there was no authorisation. When a hospital authorisation is approved there is no need for further authorisation for other services. Fedhealth is pushing their buck onto me
