Claims pulled back after payout

I have put so many complaints on this site about Fedhealth but nothing seems to change. Looks like they enjoy being complained about. I have been receiving accounts from Dischem and Doctors and the Hospital after Fedhealth has paid out claims and 6months later they pull back the payments again. Now the practices are asking why Fedhealth is doing that? I would love to know as well why the payments on claims are being pulled back? I am paying R4500 a month on medical aid every months never late in fact always pay more than my actual premium and now this ********?? When I ask then Im told that it is old claims there is no funds.. but it was paid out before, why did the idiot pull back the pay outs??? I hate Fedhealth as I am loosing so much money every month cause I am paying them and have to pay claims that they have paid and pulled back again. Like my Hospital bill for my operation there was am Auth number and all for Hosp and Doctors 4 months after they paid the claims they pull it back and make it my problem. My medication came from day to day and 6 months later they pull it back and tell dischem to claim from me, 6 months later. I mean really ***????
