Claims process

How ridiculous is this!! I was admitted from the emergency room to a ward, from there I had to see a specialist to assist me, but oh wait, as I am lying there in pain I had to pay R2900 first before the specialist assisted me, and to top it all off, I submit my claim to my medical aid fedhealth, who only pays out R600 of that!! If this is why I pay thousands a month for such ridiculous service, whats the use!!!! I am disgusted fedhealth!
