Claims paid from the wrong benefit

The doctors have put a claim through in January, however the visit was done on 27 December which was then suppose to be paid from my basic Dentistry benefit. (I have phoned the call center to confirm this before I went to the Doctor on 27 Dec) In January I have transferred funds to my Wallet just to be safe for future visits to other doctors and medications etc. Now the claims department paid the Dr visit for December from my Wallet and not from my Basic Dentistry Risk Benefit. I have numerous reference numbers, emails and called about 4 times already to sort this out. This morning I spoke to Quinton, he insisted that it was the Doctors fault because they submitted the claim in January (however the doctors does have 2/3 months to submit, and the practice closed for the December break on that same day, so that is why they only submitted the claim in January) and because I argued with him to say that it was the claims department fault, he just cut the call on me. Didn't try to phone back, nothing. 1st: I would like to know when my money will be reimbursed back into my wallet as I need that money to go and see a specialist next week and 2nd: I would like to know who Quinton is who assisted me, so that he can be trained properly how to speak to paying customers and not just drop the phone call while busy speaking to him.

My membership number is: ********** 3971

Fedhealth can contact me back if they are still interested in keeping me as a client.
