Claims not getting paid

Just like all the other reviews, they call center is a waste of time , trying to find out why my claims are not getting paid , they keep saying system issue awaiting for IT dept to resolve. There is no turnaround time from the IT dept. It's been 1.5 months and my clinic has not been paid . Very unprofessional to resolve queries. Be prepared to be on the line on hold for 25+minutes with no resolution . You can't speak to any manager ir team leader to find out a way foward.
