Claims from savings when in hospital

Claims for in hospital for my new born daughter have all come out of savings despite having an authorisation. Now that she has been discharged, and she required medication, i am not able to get what she needs due to my savings being depleted due to incompetence from Fedhealth. I have tried on numerous occassions to have these claims corrected with no success whatsoever.
