Claims

<p>I rejoined Fedhealth in March 2017. They instated a 3month GWP. I requested that the waiver the Waiting period since I only had a one month break between membership. They declined my request but however stated that the 3month GWP does not apply to claims paid from Savings or PMB. But somehow whenever I claim from Savings, They REJECT my claims!! The customer service one receive when calling the Scheme is outrageous and pathetic to say the least!!!! I spoke to Lerato Ledea 2 weeks ago and she confirmed that the issue has been resolved and that I wont have problems again with claiming but yet on Sunday I encountered the EXACT problem!!</p>
