My son was admitted to hospital on the 29th October 2017. I received my authorization number on the 9th of November. I have paid the hospital cash on admission. Been struggling since then for my claim to be processed and money refunded to no avail. It has been 2 months! Totally disgusting service. Keeps giving me excuses.

Exactly like i thought empty promises yet again from Fedhealth, no contact what so ever!! Happy to take your membership money every month as long as you don't claim! Maybe the council for medical schemes will have more luck investigating this.
