Claim still not processed 3 weeks after submission

I have submitted my claim on 16 January 2018 and again on 24 January 2018 and the claim is still not processed.

This is a bit ridiculous and all the call centres can say it is in process....for 3 weeks, really?

Very bad service. We pay thousands of rand each month to have medical cover but then don't get proper service if you have to submit a claim that you paid for yourself.
