Claim not processed

I submitted a claim back in February for optometry and after fighting for 2 weeks with your *********** support I finally managed to figure out after finally finding someone with intelligence what the initial issue was.

I have long since submitted the amended paperwork which is all in order and now in July it still has not been finalized, I get that the world went to hell, but over 3 months is a bit much/
