Claim not paid, no communication

After numerous emails, and promises from Fedhealth that a claim will be paid out to me I still have not received anything after almost 2 months. Is this common? Has anybody else had this problem. There is a severe lack of communication from them with queries not being answered, and I see this is quite common. I have been contemplating moving to another medical aid, I think this is the last straw
